Blackboard Discussion Board Postings 4                                  Standards AECT : 4.1

Description: During the summer semester of 2014, the Blackboard discussion board contributed by enabling me to communicate with my peers for a group project. This was conducted under Instructor Dr. Gary Shank for one of the required asynchronous courses, GREV 701: Research Methods & Design.

Goal: The goal of this proposal was to learn how to write a proposal and work with peers collaboratively.

Expectation: The expected outcome was to share ideas with peers via the Blackboard discussion board.

Reflection: On the discussion board, these proposal discussions gave me a different perspective of writing a proposal with peers.I already was familiar with submitting proposal by myself to the Conference Committee, but this project provided me to work with my peers on discussion board to write a proposal together. After writing a proposal with my peers, I now was confident with the teamwork to submit proposal collaboratively. I finished the project during the summer semester. I will support and guide my prospective students to work with their peers on discussion board to change ideas, build proposal together to increase their communicating skills and develop their ability to work with their professional life.
