Description: During the spring semester of 2014, the Blackboard Discussion board contributed by prompting Instructor Gary D. Shank for one of the required courses, GREV 721: Theoretical Foundation Qualitative Research.

Goal: The goal of discussions on Blackboard was to develop my interview process with my peers and instructor.

Expectation: The expected outcome was to share and learn with classmates.

Reflection: Although, I had posted to Blackboard Discussion Boards prior to this Case Study assignments. I found that this activity increased my skill level. It provided the chance for me to collaborate with my peers by developing my interview process on the discussion board, sharing with my classmates, evaluating what questions to ask the interviewee, and getting feedback from them to revise my Case Study based on their feedback. Additionally, I will support and guide my prospective students to analyze learners, develop and design instruction and interact with class members by posting comments and uploading their documents. Also, they will be able to ask and answer questions 24/7.
