Course Proposal                 AECT Standards : 3.2 & 3.5

Description:  During the summer semester of 2014, I wrote a course proposal designing and developing an online learning environment as an assignment by instructor Dr. David D. Carbonara for one of the required courses, GDIT 708: Technology Management and Leadership.

Goal: The goal of this project was to learn how to design and develop a course proposal.

Expectation: The expected outcome was to provide literature reviews.

Reflection: I hadn’t designed and developed course proposal until I began this project. I wrote appropriate processes and resources to foster optimal conditions, course proposal titled “Designing and Developing an Online Learning Environment.” After completing the project, I now understood iNACOL Standards, ADDIE Instructional design model, discovered design, development, pedagogical and technological issues of designing an online learning environment that ethics guide practice fair use and copyright. I finished the project during the summer semester. I will support and guide my prospective students whilst applying my previous knowledge and skills.
